Dotcom Shipping and Handling Policy
We are able to ship our products to any address in the world.
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typically shipped within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) and delivery depends upon the country shipped to. Shipment to North America can take up to 1 week, whereas shipment to other destinations in the world can take up to two weeks. If an item is back ordered or out of stock, we will mail you a notification of the expected delay.
Once the package reaches your country it may be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Prices include shipping charges. Please verify shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
In case you need to return goods due to any unforeseen circumstances, send us a message, informing us of the reason along with the Order No. We do not entertain any exchange unless the item is defective.
The following is the procedure in cases mentioned below:
You can return goods bought from us to:
- In case you have received a defective album. Don't worry, just return the album and we will replace it.In case you have received a wrong album. Please return same with your order number for our reference. We will replace it with the right title.
- In case the album you had ordered for is not available with us, we will arrange a refund.
- In case you want to cancel an order. If the order is not shipped yet we can refund the amount.

The refund of goods in all cases will be done only for goods bought from Dotcom Recordings Inc. Along with the returned goods please send us the address label on the consignment packet received by you. Please send an email informing of your exact query before sending any items back.
